We currently lease 50 of our R.V. sites on an annual basis. Leasing a site by the year offers you the opportunity to leave your R.V here all year long and use it whenever you wish. If you enjoy R.V.ing right at the beach and want to avoid the high gas prices, seasonal rates and reservation hassles of summer, leasing a site may be just for you. Many of our lease holders refer to our park as their "second home" at the beach.
To qualify to lease, you must use your R.V. for recreational purposes only, and it must meet park standards in appearance. Park models are welcome, but no mobile homes allowed.
Lease purchasing and renewal periods begin during the months of April or October. This program is very popular and space can be limited. Please contact out office for further details 503-965-6230..
