Cape Kiwanda RV Resort Cancellation Policy

72-hour cancellation notice required on all reservations
Without a 72-hour cancellation notice a first night fee will automactically be charges.
There is a $10.00 non-refundable fee on all cancelled reservations.
Early departures that fall within the 72-hour cancellation notice will be calculated on the actual occupied days and applicable computeized rates, a one night early departure fee will apply.
NO CASH REFUNDS. Refunds will be issued via credit card or company check.
